QLD State of Origin jersey - What year is this jersey?

The only names i can make out are Darren Smith, Chris Mckenna, Matt Sing, Jason Smith and Gorden Tallis. My best bet for the year would be 1999. As for the price, it really depends how much people are willing to pay. It could be anywhere from $200-$1000. It could possibly be at the higher end of that scale because '99 was the first ever drawn series, and there probably aren't too many still around in good condition.
