When can the total lunar eclipse (June 16, 2011) be best observed in QLD, Australia?

I live in north-east Queensland, at Airlie Beach to be exact, and was wondering when best to observe the total lunar eclipse? I've heard anywhere between 4:30 and 7:30am, but I would love a definite time. Thanks in advance!
