Which university is better for medicine?

I have a choice of Either University of Queensland, Griffith university (Both in QLD) But i will need to complete a degree (Science, which i am doing at the moment) and pass the GAMSAT. Or University of Sydney. Only Difference is The medical degree in QLD is 4 years whereas the Degree in Sydney is 7 years no degrees required
