Can Disney fans send in ideas for an episode of a Disney Channel Show?

I love this show Good Luck Charlie on Disney Channel, and got a cool idea for an episode. Is there a way I can send it in and see if they'll make it an episode? I thought of it randomly when it was on and is is completly appropriate, so I was wondering. If they made it, they could take all the credit, I don't care, the only thing I'd want if they decided to make it was to be invited to the taping of it. In my head, I imagined it a three-part trilogy, and really exciting. I would be SOOOO HAPPY if I could tell them and see if Disney liked it. It got me excited. PLEASE TELL ME THERE'S A WAY I COULD SEND IT TO THEM OR SEE IF THEY LIKE IT?!?!??! Please! If you know anything!! I always am thinking of cool episode ideas of disney channel shows, so if they used one........... IT'D BE A DREAM COME TRUE!!!!!!!!!!
